Themis - Child Support Services through the Family Maintenance and Support Program

Over $2 billion of maintenance has been collected for families and children in British Columbia since the Family Maintenance and Enforcement program began in 1989. With nearly one in fifteen children served, we operate the province-wide child support program to ensure that maintenance payments are paid on time, which provides children and families with necessary resources to improve their lives.
